Local pickup is available in Bellingham, WA.

How long will my order take to ship? 

In-stock orders are typically shipped out in 2-3 business days. 

Custom orders take an additional 3-5 days unless stated otherwise. 

Tracking is included with all orders. 

While MORIKO does its best to meet delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Product Care

Hand wash in cold water and air dry. Do not wring out. Crochet is known to soften or stretch when washed.

Issues with an order 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact MORIKO as soon as possible so a cancellation and refund is processed before your order ships. Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be canceled.

All of our products are handmade or custom designed for each order. For this reason, returns are not accepted and refunds are not offered. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact MORIKO and a brief description of the issue. Concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

As products are handmade, slight imperfections are typical. Please be reassured that even if loose threads are present, our products are sturdy. Give the piece a gentle wiggle or pull to put threads back into place.
MORIKO will try to help locate delayed, missing, or lost orders. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, it is no longer within MORIKO’s control, and MORIKO cannot be held responsible for delays, missing packages, or lost orders.

If a delay is caused by an incorrect shipping address, please contact MORIKO using the form below. MORIKO will contact the carrier to request changes when possible, though updates may not be achievable at all stages of shipping.

When is the next online drop?

Please refer to Instagram for the latest updates. Online drops are about once a month. Please keep in mind that pieces may have a similar color or design, but no two items are exactly the same.

Where else can I find MORIKO?

MORIKO will attend the seasonal lolita swap meets in Seattle and occasionally vend at Bellingham markets.
